Direct-Connect Headsets are compatible with: Avaya - Lucent with headset ports including 4606 IP, 4612 IP, 4624 IP, 4620, 4630 IP Screenphone, 6200, 6408, 6416, 6424, 6410, 6410D+M. 8400, 8500, Merlin Magix, and Partner series telephones. (Example: GN 2120 NCD)

CallMaster V & VI telephones can use Direct-Connect Headsets (Example: GN 2120 NCD)

Other Lucent - Avaya phones without headset jack may require the GN 8210 MPA, GN AT3, 500AM-1 or SOTA-8400.
